I’ve looked at all the rebate forms and I’m seeing that each form must be postmarked by December 15, 2012?

The form states “Limit one rebate per household per qualifying UPC (barcode)”. Does that mean I can submit one rebate for each product or that I can only get rebate for one product alone?

Hi Erum, I would take that as meaning you can submit one rebate for each product with a different UPC (barcode). Hope that helps!
