The Etobicoke, Ontario store offers 30 minutes of additional Smaland time (with the Swedish O thingy) M-F with the Benefits card. That’s 30 minutes more time in the ballpit for your kids, and 30 minutes more free coffee or tea time for you!
The card is easy to sign up for, just go to the kiosk in the store lobby and type in your info, and the card prints right there. Ikea lets you reprint your card if you happen to forget it on your next visit. I think all stores are participating now, and the product savings are as much as 50% on select furniture, and more on smaller items.
The restaurant opens half an hour before the store, if you want to stop in early for your coffee. And don’t forget about their $1 breakfast (assuming that is still offered).
