I’m Wondering – What do you do with all Your Free Samples?

I have a basket full of freebies.  Shampoo, conditioner, lotions, you name it, I’ve probably got it!  But, being someone who hates to have excess stuff around, I started wondering about what I could do with all these samples.  So…

I’m wondering:  What do you do with all your freebies?

  1. Catherine says:

Freebies of personal care products are welcomed at homeless shelters and community kitchens that serve the less fortunate.

  2. I’ve also given it away. I have kept shampoo/conditioners that we use for camping as well.

  3. I’m saving a lot of them in an empty shoe box, and I am going to fill my adult daughter, son & son-in-law’s Christmas stockings with products they may not have the spare money to buy & try! This way they get to try things for free, to see if they want to purchase them in the future!

  4. We have a lot of company so I use my samples to keep my guest bathroom stocked with items my guests may have forgotten. I also use the travel size items for camping and traveling.

  5. I use an empty shoe box like Leslie but I call It my Shelter Box. I throw everything in there and then pack it up and get together with other Ladies doing the same thing. We then truck them down to the choosen charity. Sometimes though…I will do as the other readers have done…use them for guests or for stocking stuffers or take on vactions.

    Enjoy!

  6. Our church has a charity drive around Christmastime called “Samaritan’s Purse”. You fill shoebox-sized boxes with toiletries and fun stuff for kids, then the boxes are shipped to whatever destination, usually an African country. My freebies fit perfectly in these boxes!
