That’s a great question!
I’ve found some great ones at Shoppers Drug Mart. For me, that’s probably the best place to find tearpad coupons for health & beauty products.
I sometimes find good grocery tearpad coupons as Sobeys, but they aren’t quite so easy to find. My husband laughs at me when we pop in for milk and I ending up scouring all the aisles for coupons.

Lablaw’s grocery stores have a wall of coupon tear pads as soon as you enter the store. They can only be used in there store and their sister stores (Fortinos, No Frills etc) but it is convenient because they are ALL right there in one spot.

Metro and Rexall also have tear pad coupons sometimes.
