London Drugs 101 – Introduction To Coupon Stacking

I’ve been wanting to start a bit of a series on the benefits of being a coupon user at London Drugs. Why not start now? :)

London Drugs, to the best of my knowledge, is the only store in Canada that allows coupon stacking. (Except The Real Canadian Superstore accepts one in-store coupon and one other coupon, Save.ca, printable, etc.)

Coupon stacking is a great thing for us coupon users. With this system, it’s possible to get items free or nearly free!

London Drugs allows customers to purchase a product, and use multiple coupons as long as they have different bar codes. You can use as many coupons as you want up to the full amount of the product! How neat is that? For example, if you purchase a pack of diapers for $19.99 and use 6 $3.00 off coupons, you can get the pack of diapers for only $1.99! But again, the key is that each coupon has to have a different bar code for this to work.

Another great perk to coupon stacking at London Drugs is that they price match. They want you to have the lowest price possible on the item you want. So the low, priced matched sale price, combined with a bunch of coupons, can equal a fantastic deal!

Keep in mind, you may also want to hang on to your receipts. If something you’ve bought goes on sale within 30 days, they’ll refund you the difference!

So that my friends, is the introduction to coupon stacking at London Drugs! Look for the next installment of London Drugs 101 – Get Organized in a couple of days!

Thanks Taya! I was wondering who in Canada did that sort of thing…I keep reading on U.S. blogs about people getting free groceries by using their coupons and couldn't figure out how to do it here!

  3. I recently observed a post on another couponing FB page that Save-On-Foods also allowed stacking coupons. I’ve never tried it there myself though.
