Here’s what I’ve got planned for our menu this week! I’ll freeze any freezable leftovers that we may have or we might enjoy the leftovers for lunches this week
- Chicken Caesar Pitas, raw veggies
- Baked Chicken Parmesan, salad
- Lasagna Buns
- Fettucine Alfredo, garlic bread, salad
- Out to eat
I’d also like to make these buttermilk biscuits for the freezer. I intend on making the dough, cutting it into biscuit shapes, then flash freezing the raw dough on a cookie sheet. Once they’re frozen, I’ll put them in a freezer bag.
