Does the 50% off sale only apply for card holders, or to the general public?
I read somewhere that yesterday (Sunday, May 13) was the day of the 50% off sale for card holders only. I was told I would be informed of the 50% off sale by email, and I have not received any email related to the sale = Valu-Village FAIL
