I keep a twenty pound bag of flour in the original paper bag in the freezer. I have done this for years. Just take enough at a time to refill my flour canister. Always buy my large bag when it is on sale.

Staying home more has me baking a lot so when there was a sale I hesitated to buy such a big bag but knowing I can freeze it, I will purchase next time. This week our local CoOp has 10 kg Robin Hood flour for $9.99!
