					<description><![CDATA[Any tips on how to live more efficiently when your income fluctuates greatly from year to year and paycheques are sporadic?  DH is a realtor and last year he had an awesome year and we bought a house and renovated.  We put 25% down and paid for all the renos out of our savings - we were doing great.  Now, he hasn&#039;t had a paycheque since November and though he has $30,000 coming within the next 45 days, it&#039;s already spoken for with taxes and bills that we ended up putting on our line of credit to get this far.]]></description>
