Simple Syrup


  • 1 cup granulated white sugar
  • 1 cup water


  1. Place the sugar and water in a small saucepan.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring, until sugar has dissolved.
  3. Allow to cool, then pour into a glass bottle.

Recipe Notes

This should keep for up to 3 months or longer in your fridge.
