Along with the name change, there have been some program changes as well, with the intention of helping you earn points faster!

they lost my business too when they did that.
Well, I just found out after collecting club Z-HBC rewards for 30 years….my pointe have all been taken away…I had 850,000 points…wanted to get to one million…I used to shop at zellers and rarely the Bay…so I go online today to check my points and I have ZERO….what…they changed it in 2013 that if you don’t shop or redeem any points in a year your points simply go away…What a joke, I am so mad right now….this is really poor business practice not to notify people of the change. They have my address on file, a letter would have been nice to be notified of the change, I would have redeemed all of my points obviously. SOOOOOOOOOOOO upset with They Bay right now…may end up going to the news
Glad to have news about the changes since Zeller’s gone. Sorry to see them go after working for them for nearly 20 years. In Ontario at Georgetown & Regina in Sask. till I retired. Thank You Helen
