   This is a brilliant guide, and I think that it is vital that we all try to get our children involved in the cleaning whenever we possibly can. If we make sure that they are doing things that are appropriate to their age (for example not allowing them to use electrical appliances, but perhaps letting them do the dusting) will let you build up what they are able to help with. Hopefully, this will avoid them growing into teenagers who refuse to help around the house simply because they have never been taught to do so. Starting early will improve things in the long term.
