I think I should start planning my menus for a month at a time because I’m always shocked when Monday rolls around again and I haven’t made the menu yet! Sometimes I really wish time went a little bit slower! Or perhaps I should learn to use my time better? 🙂
Anyways, here’s what I’ve got in mind for the week:
Monday: Beef Stew in the crockpot
Tuesday: Sweet & Sour Meatballs, brown rice, veggies
Wednesday: Chicken Caesar pitas, raw veggies
Thursday: Beer & Bacon Chicken (from a Company’s Coming cookbook), mashed potatoes, veggies
Friday: Out for dinner!

Wow Beer and bacon chicken.. I don’t drink beer but I know it tastes good on meat. Yummy.
I don’t drink beer either, but we were given some homemade beer and it needs to be used up! 🙂

I switched to monthly recently and can’t imagine going back! I just have four weeks of menu’s planned and then I repeat them (leaving room to flex of course). Saving lots of time and $$ because I can buy better in bulk, being confident I’ll use it. Also make three months worth of some recipes ahead to put in freezer!
