I’ve got a great question for you today from Cindy! She’s wondering:
I’m wondering if the new online shopping and picking your groceries up at the store is a good money saver? (Click & Collect.) I might be able to save money on groceries by only picking out online what I need for the week without the in-store distractions of other items I don’t necessarily need being on sale. Has anyone given it a try at Superstore?
Have you got something you’ve been wondering about that I could feature in a future I’m Wondering post? Submit your question to me here!

For me it does! I’ve been using the program weekly since the spring, and it saves me both time and money. During ordering I like how there is a running tally of the total cost of your order, I REALLY stick to my list with no impulse buys (but that also means I can’t take advantage of discount meats or other sales that didn’t show up on the flyer). I also am working a full time job temporarily for a year, so it saves me valuable hours during the weekend that I’m not in the grocery store getting caught up in grocery cart traffic jams. TOTALLY worth the $5 pickup fee in my opinion. My grocery bills have gone down from $250 per week to less than 200, this week it’s $150. And people always ask what the quality of the produce is like since it is an employee picking it out for you….it’s been great. Hope that helps! I’d encourage you to give it a try!
