Last week was way less stressful since I had a solid menu plan and not just some ideas floating around in my head! It sure helped with the grocery bill too, since I only went out shopping once all week!
How did your week go in regards to menu planning? Did you try any new recipes?
Here’s what I’ve got in mind for this week:
Slow Cooker Thai Peanut Pork with Rice and steamed veggies
Perogies & Sausage, steamed veggies
Fettuccine Alfredo, Caesar salad, garlic bread
Melt in your Mouth Chicken, leftover pasta, steamed veggies
We’re pretty boring with breakfast and lunch, so you may end up seeing the same things each week 😛
Lunches:
- Smoothies
- Scrambled eggs with cheese, fruit
- Grilled cheese sandwich
- Hummus with pita bread and Greek salad
- Egg salad bunwiches
Breakfasts:
- Overnight Refrigerator Oatmeal (x2)
- Peanut Butter toast, fruit (x3)
- Homemade Instant oatmeal (x2)
Now it’s your turn, what will you be eating this week?

Thanks for cooking my Thai Peanut Pork – it is a staple recipe in our house! Everyone loves it!
I hope you have a wonderful and delicious week.
I really need to get in more of a habit with my meal planning!
I don’t know why I never end up sticking with it because I know it always makes my life so much easier when I do it…just need to STICK WITH IT!
Thanks for the reminder! 😉
I sometimes like to have the same thing for breakfast for a couple weeks in a row….if it tastes good, why mess with it?
Having a meal plan makes my life so much easier as well. I think most of the stress comes from trying to figure out what the heck to make each night.
Hope you have a good week!
