A bit late, but it’s still Monday, so I guess it’s all good in regards to Menu Plan Monday! 🙂 I’ve had a bit of a chaotic weekend (wedding, mother-in-law arriving, MRI procedure for m…) so I haven’t had a chance to think about what we’re eating this week until now.
I’m not expecting things to go 100% according to plan since my Mother in law is visiting, but it’s still good to have a plan!
Perogies & Sausage, steamed veggies
Melt in your Mouth Chicken, leftover pasta, steamed veggies (carried over)
Steak, baked potatoes, corn on the cob, salad
Peanutty Asian lettuce wraps (served over rice, instead of in lettuce leaves), green beans
Bacon Cheese Burger Chicken, Freezer Mashed Potatoes, salad
Lunches:
- Smoothies
- Scrambled eggs with cheese, fruit
- Grilled cheese sandwich
- Hummus with pita bread and Greek salad
- Egg salad bunwiches
Breakfasts:
- Overnight Refrigerator Oatmeal (x2)
- Peanut Butter toast, fruit (x3)
- Homemade Instant oatmeal (x2)
