
Delicious treat: Easy Oven S’mores
A friend and I were talking, and we decided we could definitely do well with hiring a cook. While I do enjoy cooking, and especially baking, it would be wonderful to have someone take that task of my list! Besides, food just tastes better when someone else makes it!
Since there’s no cook on the horizon, here’s what I’ll be making this week:
Chicken & Broccoli Pie
Leftover Lasagna
Honey Sesame Chicken, rice, steamed veggies
Grilled cheese sandwiches and Tomato Soup
Leftovers

I try to make a menu for the week but life sometimes gets in the way so I have to be flexible. 🙂
Monday: lentil soup with salmon mini burgers
Tuesday: meatloaf with mashed potatoes and string beans
Wednesday: Squash soup and leftovers from Monday and Tuesday
Thursday: Chicken wings and french fries with Greek salad
Friday: homemade pizza and salad
Saturday: I can’t plan that far ahead 😛
Having side tracked for 2 weeks now, I sure missed the menu list when making meals! We managed to eat, but sure hated thinking of what to eat! So I finally sat down this morning and made my menu for the week.
Monday: Meatless Monday – Oatmeal pancakes with homemade raspberry syrup
Tuesday: Meatballs with gravy, mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables
Wednesday: Peanut Noodles with Shrimp
Thursday: Maui Chicken with rice
Friday: Tuna Salad Wraps
Saturday: The weeks left overs
