Infarrantly Creative has a great tutorial on how to turn empty disinfectant wipe containers into plastic bag holders! She even shows you how to fold the bags so that they are interconnected and one bag comes out at a time but pulls the next one out a little!

Brilliant!! I am so totally doing this project! I’ve always got shopping bags floating around my car etc. I bet you could use (maybe) some really pretty scrap booking paper or wallpaper scraps if you had them. I’ll let you know how it turns out.
