McDonald’s Canada Now Offering McCafe Mobile Rewards!
Do you love the on-cup rewards program that McDonald's Canada offers? I mean really, who doesn't love a free medium hot beverage? If you love freebies and use or want to use the My McD's app, you are going to be excited about their news!
McDonald’s Canada has introduced McCafé Mobile Rewards on the My McD’s app! You can now order, pay and earn rewards all on your smartphone using the My McDs app. Similar to the on-cup rewards program, after you collect seven medium-sized hot beverage digital "stickers" on the app, you will get your eighth medium hot beverage free!
Here's how easy it is to get your free medium hot beverage with the My McD's App:
- Step 1: Log in or register your account in the My McD's app.
- Step 2: Under your Offers in the app, you will see the McCafe Rewards "card".
- Step 3: You can earn and redeem McCafé Mobile Rewards at the front counter, kiosk, drive-thru and when you order ahead on mobile ordering.
- Step 4: Collect seven digital "stickers" on the app, then earn your eighth medium hot beverage for free!
Personally, as a busy Mom who uses the McDonald's drive thru for a quick coffee or fries, I'm so excited about the McCafé Mobile Rewards! The app already offers great savings on menu items so it only makes sense that they added Mobile Rewards. Besides, I seem to constantly misplace the rewards card from the cup so it will be that much quicker to earn my free beverage after I purchase #7 since I don't misplace my phone as much! 😀
If you're more into the traditional way of things, fear not, the mobile rewards system won’t be replacing the on-cup rewards system. It is however, an additional option that is perfect for those of you who prefer a digital experience!
