Hmmm, will this be the last week before baby’s arrival where I plan a full menu for a while? I’ve been busy stocking the freezer and I think we’ll have a pretty good selection of meals to choose from! (I’ll be posting the list of everything I created later this week)
Here’s what I have in mind for dinners this week:
- Baked Chicken Parmesan, salad (carried over)
- Greek Chicken Skewers, roasted Greek potatoes, Pita bread, Caesar salad
- Pesto Pepperoni Pizzas, salad
- Meatballs in the crock pot, rice, steamed veggies
- Out to eat

WEDNESDAY – Individual mini meat loafs (beef) – I have a great recipe if you are interested…they are easy and great to freeze!
THURSDAY – Pasta with meat sauce
FRIDAY – Quinoa & avocado wraps
