Now that life is returning to a somewhat normal routine and all of our out of town guests are gone and I’m back from Colorado, I thought I would help myself out by making a menu plan once again!
I’ll be pulling some things out of the freezer that I made during my freezer cooking session with my mom! Here’s what we’ll be eating in no particular order:
- Slow-Cooker BBQ Meatballs (in the freezer), brown rice, steamed veggies
- Peanutty Asian Lettuce Wraps (in the freezer), Asian Slaw with Ginger-Peanut Dressing
- Bacon Cheese Burger Chicken, Freezer Mashed Potatoes, salad
- Garlic Chicken pasta, salad
- out to eat?
Since our weather seems to be a bit “under the weather” I’m making use of our oven more than normal for this time of the year!
