Alright, Menu Plan Monday is back! I have to admit, I’ve been a slacker in the menu planning department lately and it’s been causing me some grief. Not only have I been unmotivated to put together a well rounded meal, it’s been apparent that I’ve been making too many trips to the grocery store each week.
I’m hoping that by posting our weekly menu, I’ll be motivated to stick with the plan and help you to find some new recipes! It’s also important for me to plan properly so I’m not stressing out about what I should feed Sienna. Some things are still hard for her to eat. Like salads. All I want to eat these days are big dinner sized salads, but Sienna can’t do lettuce or most raw veggies yet! So, I have to make sure our meals have enough parts that to appeal to her, since I’m not making two meals at each meal time!
Here’s what I’ve got planned:
Slow Cooker Chicken Caesar Sandwiches (Sienna will get everything but the lettuce)
French Toast with bacon
Homemade pizza with salad
Slow Cooker Thai Peanut Pork with Rice and steamed veggies
- Scrambled eggs with cheese, fruit
- Grilled cheese sandwich
- Hummus with pita bread and Greek salad
- Overnight Refrigerator Oatmeal (x2)
- Peanut Butter toast, fruit (x3)
- Homemade Instant oatmeal (x2)
