Alright, I’m putting in an order for sunny weather…we’ve had nothing but rain for too long! Although, I’m sure soon enough I’ll be complaining about the hot weather we’re having! Who am I kidding, I love the hot weather!

Monday: Cannelloni (carried over, in the freezer)
Tuesday: Chicken & Broccoli pie (carried over)
Wednesday: Sesame Beef Stir-fry over rice
Thursday: Chicken Caesar Pitas
Friday: Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup
