Dear November, I’m not sure yet if I’m happy you’re here already and especially since you brought rain. Thank you for not bringing snow though…I would definitely not be happy you arrived so soon. I guess the good thing about you, November, is that you mean I’m almost done work for the season and Christmas is on it’s way! I guess I’m pleased you’re here after all because that means I can live in cozy slippers and fleece pajama bottoms and warm sweaters. And eat comforting food.

Monday: BBQ Pork Chops, roasted potatoes, veggies
Tuesday: Sloppy Joe Calzones (in the freezer and I make pizza dough instead), salad
Wednesday: Tacos with all the fixings
Thursday: Peanut Chicken Pasta
Friday: Cream of Tomato Soup and Grilled Cheese or out for dinner!

Tonight Meatless Monday- Baked spagetti squash casserole (to look like lasagna but no meat no noodles)
served with spinach salad
Tuesday Turkey meatball spinach soup, served with olive bread
Wednesday (Baked) Apricot sticky chicken, rice, veggies
Thursday Fish, couscous, veggies
Friday individual pizza night ?
Saturday roasted chicken, might do with root veggies and not sure if I will do a lemon herb chicken
