You might have been wondering when the best time to buy an item you’ve had your eye on might be.  Did you know that Canada has a yearly sale cycle?  As in, every retail and department store will have specific items on sale each month of the year.  For example, you can find rock bottom prices on Christmas decorations in January and cheap Summer clothes in September.  Here’s how you can get the biggest bargain on what you need all year long:
