Now that Christmas is sneaking up on us quickly, I’ve got a question that may be interesting!
I’m Wondering: What are some (legitimate) ways to earn extra cash before Christmas?

It takes a lot of time to amass points, but there are a couple online surveys you can do to redeem for gift cards or have money deposited to your paypay account. I currently do online surveys for ipsos i-say, Angus Reid, and Mysurvey.
And selling off things on kijiji. I looked into ebay, it didn’t seem worth it. They take a cut that eats into your profits.
oh, you should also check out http://www.swapsity.ca. You can do item swaps or post your skills for hire
Hmmmm…..Take on a paper route, do some babysitting, save your bottles & cans for a bottle depot trip, (provided, of course that one has bottle depots in their province) declutter ones clossets/cupboards & sell the items via a garage sale or online, (or selling them at a pawn shop for that matter) sell ones books online, offer to do some pet sitting or house sitting for people going on vacation.
I save up my Optimum points and redeem them around Christmas for medium-ticket items like our Wii and DSs for the kids, camera for my mom, etc. It isn’t actually earning any money, but it does make the money go further.
I write articles on iwriter, it’s deposited to paypal; also coupons, and buying things off Amazon is so much cheaper. And thanks to Pintrest, I’m making most of my ornaments and presents.
I’m looking for distributors for It Works body wraps- they are hot sellers and people can stop by your home to pick them up- no party sales involved:

join swagbucks a great website to earn points towards gift cards. you can do online surveys. What about offer your services to neighbours(outdoor work, cleaning).
I went through all of my closets and took out everything I haven’t used in over a year. I ended up with a TONS of stuff that I put up on a used site, clothes, housewares, costumes, etc. So far I have made about $100 which I put in a trip fund (we don’t do much in the way of Christmas shopping). It was also nice to have tons of freed up space!
Hi Ang,
What site do you use?
