This slow cooker sesame chicken is one of our all time favorite meals. It’s simple to put together and delicious served with rice and steamed veggies!

- 3 lbs Chicken Thighs or Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Cooking Sherry
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
- 2 Tbsp Ketchup
- 2 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
Place the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker
Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
Pour over chicken.
Cover the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours or on high for 3 - 4 hours.
